Mark your calendars for our semi-annual Fasting & Prayer Week
being held each evening at 7 PM from April 15th to April 19th.
We’ll gather each night to intercede for our church, one another and our nation.

Child care is provided on Wednesday night only.

The most important foundation for a church fellowship is prayer… Calvary Chapel Elk Grove places a high emphasis on not only gathering for prayer, but also to offer prayer to those who are in need. It is a high calling to go before The Lord to intercede. Below we’ve listed a few of the ways that you can join us, and get involved.

Prayer Opportunities

Weekly Zoom Prayer Meeting

Join us each Monday evening at 7 PM for our church-wide time of prayer.

Church members receive an email each week with the user and password for our private prayer Zoom meeting.

Corporate Prayer

Join us each Sunday Morning before 1st Service (at 7:30 AM) and before Wednesday Bible Study at 6 PM for a time of corporate prayer as we lift up the services, the message, and all those who attend.

Fasting & Prayer

Two times per year Calvary Chapel holds a voluntary week of fasting and prayer, including meeting each evening, with the last day including communion.

Prayer Ministries

Each quarter individuals can sign-up for the various prayer ministries available at Calvary.
It's the perfect opportunity to intercede for one another.

Emergency Prayer Chain

When an emergency request comes to the church, participants are contacted by text and/or email.

Text: When you sign up for the group text chain you will receive immediate notification of emergency prayer requests.
Email: When a prayer request is made via email, this is forwarded to our email prayer warriors.

Prayer Corps

It's a privilege to pray for one another. Each week we send out prayer request forms in the sanctuary. These prayer requests are then emailed to those who wish to be a part of this ministry.

This will also be mainstreamed into our mobile app in the future.

Prayer Partners

This ministry is for two individuals committed to pray with and for one another.

Designed to not only help you to draw closer to the Lord by communing with Him; a prayer partner also helps in building a like-minded godly relationship with others, and remaining accountable to one another.
